AnnieMac Insurance is seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – P&C for a full-time, remote opportunity. This role is vital to the agency’s continued growth and success, focusing on expanding our presence in Washington by connecting with new clients and strengthening existing relationships. As a remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – P&C, you will leverage your expertise in property and casualty insurance to deliver exceptional service and drive new business opportunities within a supportive, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with provided leads and initiate conversations to acquire new accounts as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – P&C.
- Manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with prospects and clients across Washington.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the property and casualty insurance market.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and state insurance laws relevant to Washington.
- Utilize AnnieMac Insurance’s advanced technology systems to streamline sales processes and enhance client interactions.
- Self-generate leads and cultivate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Conduct client needs assessments, produce accurate quotes, present insurance proposals, and close sales efficiently.
- Issue new client accounts with appropriate insurance carriers and ensure smooth handoff to the Client Onboarding Team.
- Provide backup support for onboarding new clients and assist with satisfying underwriting stipulations for new accounts.
- Participate in the training and support of new sales consultants as needed.
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts and support renewals and policy rewrites in collaboration with the Client Experience Team.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty Producer License is required for the Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – P&C role.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in personal lines insurance markets, with demonstrated success in sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products, underwriting, and compliance with Washington state insurance laws.
- Proficient with technology, including agency management systems and digital communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
