- Issue new client accounts and transition files to the Client Onboarding Team.
- Provide backup support for onboarding and assist with training new Sales Consultants.
- Add new lines of business to existing accounts and support renewals and policy re-writes.
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based increases.

- 50% renewal commission on premium base after reaching specified thresholds.
