Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) – Summary- Full-time position focused on personal lines Property and Casualty sales

- Management of provided sales opportunities and pipeline

- Development and generation of new lead opportunities
- Application intake, quote production, proposal presentation, and closing new business
- Issuing new client accounts and transitioning to the onboarding team
- Support for onboarding new clients and sales consultants
- Adding new lines of business to existing accounts
- Assisting with renewals, policy rewrites, and client service requests
- Providing backup support for new client onboarding and client experience teams
- Base salary with performance-based reviews
- High commission structure on new business and renewals
