AnnieMac Insurance is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) for a full-time opportunity in Washington. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new account acquisition by converting leads and generating new opportunities in the personal lines insurance market.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of provided and self-generated sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Implement innovative sales strategies that align with agency goals and client needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency with insurance carrier products, appetite, and underwriting guidelines.
- Master AnnieMac Insurance’s systems and technology to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct intake of applications, produce accurate quotes, present comprehensive proposals, and close new business.
- Issue new client accounts with the relevant insurance carriers and transition files to the Client Onboarding Team.
- Provide backup support for client onboarding and ensure all underwriting stipulations are satisfied for new accounts.
- Assist with training and onboarding new Sales Consultants, contributing to team development.
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts, ensuring comprehensive coverage for clients.
- Support the Client Experience Team with account renewals and policy rewrites to maintain high retention rates.
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Producer License required.
- At least two years of experience in the personal lines insurance market.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting practices, and state insurance regulations.
- Comfortable with technology, including agency management systems and digital communication tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client rapport and persuasive sales techniques.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Motivated to build long-term wealth and advance within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Work Environment

Standard agency hours are Monday through Friday, with options for evening and weekend scheduling as necessary.
