Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, P&C Job OverviewAnnieMac Insurance is seeking a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, P&C to join our growing team. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, P&C, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and maintaining strong client relationships, while leveraging advanced technology and industry-leading resources. Key Responsibilities- Engage with provided leads and proactively acquire new personal lines insurance accounts.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion to clients.
- Implement and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Demonstrate proficiency with insurance carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and AnnieMac Insurance’s proprietary systems and technology.
- Develop and generate new lead opportunities independently to support business growth.
- Intake applications, produce insurance quotes, present proposals, and close new business in compliance with company standards.
- Issue new client accounts with the respective insurance carriers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Transition new business files to the Client Onboarding Team and provide backup support as needed.
- Satisfy underwriting stipulations associated with new accounts to ensure policy compliance.
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales consultants, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts, supporting the client experience team with renewals and policy rewrites.
- Active Property and Casualty Producer License (P&C).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, underwriting processes, and state insurance regulations.
- High degree of computer literacy and a comfort level with evolving technology platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
