We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join our established insurance and financial services team on a full-time basis. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in helping individuals, families, and businesses find the insurance solutions that best fit their needs. Responsibilities
- Develop personalized insurance quotes tailored to prospective and current clients, conduct professional sales presentations, and close sales effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely follow-up and ongoing support as needed.
- Create and nurture networking relationships with local small business owners, including real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and auto dealers, to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients, including responding to inquiries about insurance product availability, eligibility, policy coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a consistent work ethic with a high level of commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities with both current and prospective clients, expanding the range of products and services offered.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health insurance license is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products in supporting clients' goals and needs.
- Demonstrated dependability, trustworthiness, and ethical behavior at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Ability to generate new business leads, set appointments, and establish relationships from initial contact.
