Licensed Insurance Sales Agent Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and licensed professional for the role of Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. This is a full-time opportunity to join a reputable insurance agency team. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in building strong customer relationships, providing expert guidance on insurance products, and driving business growth through exceptional service and consultative sales. An active Property and Casualty license is required to be considered for this position, and candidates should be motivated self-starters who excel in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach to identify coverage solutions that fit their individual circumstances.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to achieving daily and long-term sales goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to support business operations and customer care initiatives.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing professional education.
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and listening formats.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive in problem-solving, and able to thrive in a team environment.

This position is offered by an independent contractor agent for a leading insurance provider. Employees of independent contractor agents are required to complete all applicable licensing and training programs.
