Responsibilities- Develop leads through targeted outreach, schedule appointments, and identify the specific insurance needs of prospective and existing clients.
- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services based on thorough needs assessments and value-driven conversations.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Follow up with clients as needed to maintain high levels of customer service and address any questions or changes to policies.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, property & casualty, or life & health insurance is preferred.
- Sales experience, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively multitask.
- Strong ability to relate to customers and understand their individual needs.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license.
