Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire new insurance customers by presenting and selling Homeowners, Auto, Renters, Life Insurance, and other related products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients over the phone and in person to recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Achieve established new business production goals and objectives as set by the agency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring professional and effective communication at all times.
- Maintain all required insurance licenses in good standing, continuously updating your knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid General Lines Property & Casualty license.
- Valid General Lines Life & Health insurance license.

- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
