Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, engage, and close new business in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance lines
- Provide accurate quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies efficiently and compliantly
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize value for each client
- Meet and exceed monthly production and sales targets
- Follow proven sales systems and participate in ongoing sales coaching programs
- Ensure compliance with all state insurance regulations and agency standards
- Maintain detailed client records and manage policy renewals proactively
