Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Schedule and conduct appointments to identify customer insurance requirements
- Market and recommend suitable insurance products and services based on client needs
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as necessary
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all stages of the sales process
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas
- Maintain compliance with agency and industry standards, including licensing and training requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required (must be able to obtain if not currently held)
- Life & Health insurance license preferred (must be able to obtain if not currently held)
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to relate effectively to customers and understand their unique needs
