Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Summary- Full-time position in Tampa, FL with Joseph Ledo - State Farm Agency
- Focus on customer needs and fostering team success

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs
- Market appropriate State Farm products and services
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through consistent follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Work collaboratively with agency staff to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of support to clients

- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Insurance sales experience; Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses (preferred)
- Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals/quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to build relationships and relate effectively to customers
- Florida 2-15 license (preferred)
- Florida 2-20 license (preferred)
