As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will center on developing leads, scheduling appointments, and engaging in value-based conversations to uncover and serve customer needs. You will leverage your active Property and Casualty insurance license and, ideally, your Life and Health license to market appropriate products and services. The agency values energetic professionals who are self-driven and committed to maintaining high standards of service and accuracy at every customer touchpoint.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will establish lasting relationships with customers, respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing, and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction. To be eligible for this Licensed Insurance Sales Agent position, candidates must hold an active Property and Casualty license (or be able to obtain one) and be able to work onsite in Lincoln, NE. Prior insurance sales experience is strongly preferred, as is a Life and Health license. Ideal applicants will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to relate well to customers while consistently achieving sales goals.
