Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Drive new business by generating and converting qualified leads through various channels, including outbound and inbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships.
- Provide consultative insurance solutions across multiple lines, ensuring client needs are fully met and protection gaps are addressed.
- Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline, consistently exceeding agency sales targets.
- Conduct comprehensive protection reviews and policy renewals, strengthening client relationships and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify, engage, and convert new insurance clients.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or ability to obtain as required).
- Active Life and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain as required).
- Eligibility to obtain non-resident licenses in additional states as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance sales or a related customer-focused industry preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
