Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, and convert qualified insurance leads through outbound and inbound channels, referrals, and partnerships
- Develop and execute personalized growth strategies for business development
- Close policies across multiple lines of insurance with consultative precision and adherence to ethical standards
- Maintain a robust and organized sales pipeline for consistent production
- Educate clients through thorough protection reviews and provide expert guidance on coverage options

- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including new business activity, policy count, premium written, retention rates, and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Some experience in insurance sales or a related field (required)
- Active or ability to obtain Resident Property & Casualty insurance license
- Active or ability to obtain Resident Life and Health insurance license
- Ability to obtain non-resident insurance licenses in additional states as required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using computers and sales technology
