Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads through outbound and inbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships
- Drive sales activity across multiple insurance lines, including property, casualty, life, and health
- Design and execute personalized growth strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct in-depth protection reviews, educate clients, and provide tailored recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Partner with operational teams to guarantee clients remain protected and loyal
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current resident Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Current resident Life and Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to obtain non-resident licenses in additional states as required
- Some prior insurance sales experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
