Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads through various channels, including outbound/inbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnerships
- Approach all marketing sources with urgency and dedication to drive business results
- Develop and execute personalized growth strategies to expand your client base
- Close insurance policies across multiple lines using consultative sales techniques and ethical practices
- Maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent results that exceed industry benchmarks

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current or eligible Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Current or eligible Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Ability to obtain non-resident licenses as needed
- Previous insurance experience preferred
