- Maintain a high-quality sales pipeline and exceed agency performance metrics for new business activity, premium written, and retention.
- Conduct thorough protection reviews, educate clients on coverage options, and provide recommendations to ensure proper protection.
- Partner with agency operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Some prior insurance experience is required.
- Resident Property & Casualty license (or willingness and ability to obtain).
- Resident Life and Health license (or willingness and ability to obtain).
- Ability to obtain non-resident licenses in additional states as required.
