Responsibilities

- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Market and present appropriate insurance products, including property & casualty, life, and health insurance policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall success.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred.
- Prior insurance sales experience is preferred, including experience as an inside or outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketer.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is advantageous.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills essential.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Ability to establish rapport and effectively relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
