Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new leads through proactive outreach and follow-up activities
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess customer insurance needs
- Market and explain appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and agency goals

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license required in California, Arizona, or Oregon
- Must be willing to obtain licenses in all three states (CA, AZ, OR); process is straightforward and agency reimburses fees after 90 days
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Life & Health license preferred but not required
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is advantageous
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual skills preferred but not required
