Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads to expand the agency's client base
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based consultations with clients
- Present and explain appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and support
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding policy options, coverages, eligibility, changes, claims, and billing
- Document all customer interactions and maintain organized records
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in insurance sales, inside/outside sales, or customer service preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
