Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary- Full-time, in-office opportunity in Mesa, AZ
- Serve as a key point of contact for insurance customers
- Utilize active Property and Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses
- Support customer service excellence and office growth
- Establish and nurture client relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across all channels
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Guide clients through a needs-based review of insurance options and educate them on available products
- Uphold a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to excellence daily
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and activity reports
