Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life and Health) - Summary
- Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking insurance information, service, and support.
- Work in-office to assist clients with their Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance needs.
- Utilize your active insurance licenses to provide compliant, knowledgeable service and guidance.
- Contribute to the growth and retention of the agency through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing proactive follow-up as needed.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, eligibility, and more.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and secure new policies.
- Foster ongoing networking relationships to support business growth.
- Maintain a high work ethic and commitment to daily success and customer satisfaction.
- Generate thorough and timely activity reports for the agency.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and continuing education within the insurance industry.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life & Health insurance license (required).
- Minimum of two years prior experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to problem-solving.
- Ability to learn new computer functions and adapt to technology.
- Team-oriented with the ability to multitask and excel in a collaborative environment.
- Bilingual in Russian or Polish is preferred but not required.
