Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on suitable insurance products using a needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily operational success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency leadership
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional service and efficient problem-solving
