Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary
- Client-facing role supporting insurance policyholders through personalized service and education
- Utilizes active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Contributes to client retention, satisfaction, and business growth through exceptional service delivery
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused and needs-based approach
- Support the agency's business goals by identifying opportunities to present relevant insurance solutions
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, work ethic, and daily commitment to the team and clients
- Provide detailed and timely activity reports to the agent
- Remain up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Participate as a collaborative team member, contributing to a positive office environment

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
