Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C, Life and Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, handling inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach
- Effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
