Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C/L&H) - Summary
The Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C/L&H) is responsible for supporting clients with their insurance policies, answering inquiries, and assisting with policy changes and claims. This key team member helps build lasting relationships, ensures client satisfaction, and contributes to the agency’s reputation for outstanding service. The position is full-time and based in our San Clemente, CA office, requiring a current Property & Casualty license and the ability to obtain a Life & Health license within 60 days if not already held.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent, proactive communication and support.
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding policy coverages, billing, claims, and policy adjustments.
- Guide clients through insurance options using a needs-based, consultative approach to ensure their coverage aligns with their requirements.
- Document client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues to provide seamless service and organized support.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals by maintaining a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize client satisfaction and agency performance.
- Stay up-to-date with insurance products, industry trends, and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure and professional expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Bilingual Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
