Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C CSR) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and coverage
- Process policy changes, transfers, and assist with claim submissions
- Clarify billing and account questions for customers
- Educate clients on insurance products using a needs-based review process
