Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance products and recommend appropriate solutions
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to team and personal success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current with product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, assisting others as needed and participating in agency initiatives
- Utilize computer systems effectively to process transactions and maintain accurate records

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license, if not already held
