Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary
- Full-time, in-office position in Ogden, UT
- Active Utah Property and Casualty license required
- Support clients by providing information and guidance on insurance products, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Work as part of an independent insurance agency team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through timely follow-ups and attentive service
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing
- Assist customers with claim submissions and policy updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success in delivering remarkable customer experiences
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve agency goals and support collective growth
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $20-$25 per hour based on experience

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Utah Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license (preferred)
