Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary- Full-time in-office customer service position focusing on Property and Casualty insurance products
- Requires active Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses
- Opportunity to develop client relationships and deliver value-based insurance solutions
- Located in Round Rock, TX, within a supportive and growth-oriented agency
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, eligibility, coverage options, claims, policy changes, transfers, and billing
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about available insurance products and their benefits
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and activity reports for the agency
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, daily commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and ensure customer satisfaction
