Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to all policyholders and prospects
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate commitment to agency success daily
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both current clients and prospective customers
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency principal or manager
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education

- Recent prior experience with State Farm or a related insurance agency (required)
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life & Health license (required)
