Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary- Support an independent State Farm agent by providing property and casualty insurance service to clients
- Engage with customers to identify needs and offer insurance solutions
- Maintain compliance with licensing and continuing education requirements
- Contribute to a positive and growth-focused team environment
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Maintain detailed and timely activity reports for the agent
- Stay informed about product updates, technical developments, and industry changes
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve office goals
