Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary- Full-time, in-office position supporting an independent insurance agency
- Requires active Property and Casualty (P&C) license
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service and insurance policy inquiries
- Opportunities for professional growth within the agency
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through exceptional service and regular communication
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Educate clients about available insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing thorough follow-up and support
- Maintain a strong commitment to success and uphold the agency’s standards for customer experience
- Provide timely and detailed activity reports to the agent
- Stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments through continuing education
