Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) - Summary

- Establish and nurture relationships with customers, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction

- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options and recommend suitable policies

- Provide timely and thorough reports on activities to the agent
- Stay up-to-date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license within 30 days of employment (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
