We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C) to join a reputable State Farm Agent team in Jacksonville, AL. This is a full-time, in-office role designed for a motivated professional with a valid Property and Casualty insurance license. Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up and ongoing support as required.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Educate customers about their insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help them make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating daily commitment to success and service excellence.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent as part of ongoing communication and accountability.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in continuing education as needed.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Ability to obtain a Life and Health insurance license within 30 days of hire (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
- Dedication to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
