Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with insurance-related questions and concerns.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate and inform clients about available insurance products and options.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and courteous responses to all client inquiries, fostering trust and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to clients regarding insurance policy changes, eligibility, coverage, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers about insurance products using a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Maintain a consistently strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily, monthly, and annual success metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain as a condition of employment).
- Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to pursue upon hire).
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus; English/Armenian preferred but not required.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
