Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options and recommend suitable products
- Assist clients with policy changes, transfers, and claims, ensuring all requests are processed promptly and accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of agency products, services, and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve agency goals and deliver outstanding service

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience in insurance, retail, or telemarketing is a plus
