Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (Spanish, P&C) - Summary
- Full-time customer service and sales role within a respected insurance agency
- Focus on relationship-building with new and existing clients
- Utilize bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to serve a diverse client base
- Leverage active Property & Casualty license for insurance product support
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Respond promptly and accurately to insurance inquiries, including policy changes, coverages, claims, and billing matters
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales
- Cultivate ongoing networking relationships to drive agency growth
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required (or must be obtained prior to start date)
- Life and Health license required (or must be obtained prior to start date)
