Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing knowledgeable and timely support regarding insurance products and services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, including questions about policy options, eligibility, coverage changes, policy transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues.
- Communicate complex insurance information in a clear, customer-focused manner while educating clients on available products and coverage options.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to identify and recommend suitable insurance solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.

- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life and Health license required.
