Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) Position OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (Property & Casualty, P&C) to join a dynamic and successful State Farm Agent team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will hold an active Property & Casualty license, such as FL 4-40 or 2-20, and will be dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support to clients. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the agency’s mission of providing exceptional insurance solutions and fostering positive client relationships.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate clients about insurance products and coverage options tailored to their unique requirements.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, emphasizing value-based conversations to enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to daily success and team goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparency and ongoing communication within the team.
- Remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to ensure compliance and professional growth.
- Active Property & Casualty license is required (FL 4-40 or 2-20 accepted).
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team environment.
