Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by addressing customer inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing matters.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options, promoting products that best fit their needs.
- Maintain a consistent work ethic with a daily commitment to providing outstanding customer support and achieving team success.
- Generate timely and thorough activity reports for the agent, ensuring clear documentation and communication of client interactions.
- Stay informed of insurance product updates, licensing requirements, technical changes, and participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
