- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with insurance policies, billing, claims, and coverage options.
- Utilize your Property and Casualty license, and if applicable, your Life and Health license, to provide compliant, knowledgeable service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Promptly and accurately respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help them make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to success each day.
- Maintain thorough and timely activity reports for agency management.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred or required, depending on agency needs.
