This position requires an individual with current Property & Casualty and Life and Health licenses, who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting agency operations, engaging clients, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in all interactions.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to individual and team success daily.
- Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to the agent and participate actively in team meetings and updates.
- Remain current in product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing professional education.
- Property & Casualty license (required).
- Life and Health license (required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
