Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively assisting and following up with clients as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing a wide range of insurance-related inquiries including policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate policyholders about insurance products and help them make informed decisions that best suit their needs.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and work ethic, demonstrating a strong commitment to success and customer satisfaction each day.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring clear and effective communication within the team.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and complete all necessary continuing education as required for the role.
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
- Self-motivated and proactive when it comes to problem-solving and task management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
