Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service in response to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, billing, and claims
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options
- Follow up with clients as necessary to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals
- Prepare and submit thorough reports and activity updates to agency management
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and ongoing professional education
