Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, and policy coverage
- Assist clients with policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing issues
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Prepare and submit thorough activity reports to the agent
- Remain current on product updates, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
