Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Deliver outstanding customer service to insurance clients and prospects
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses to support client needs
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries about policies, billing, claims, and coverage options
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Contribute to agency growth through high-quality interactions and needs-based recommendations
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships while providing ongoing support and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on available insurance products and coverage
- Demonstrate a customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering a remarkable experience
- Maintain thorough and timely activity reports for agency leadership
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
