Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their insurance needs and inquiries
- Utilize your Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance licenses, to provide expert guidance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear communication and value-driven support
- Contribute to agency growth through proactive service and relationship building
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Educate clients on insurance options using a needs-based review process tailored to their individual situations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic with a daily commitment to success
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless client service and support
- Stay up to date on industry changes, licensing requirements, and product developments through ongoing learning and training
- Generate and provide timely activity reports to the agency
- Adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving and client issue resolution
- Master computer functions and agency systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Uphold the agency’s standards for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
