As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service experiences for clients while supporting the growth and retention of an established insurance agency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring that all inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing are addressed efficiently.
- Engage in value-based conversations to educate customers about insurance products and assist them in selecting appropriate coverage tailored to their needs.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to recommend solutions and answer questions regarding property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills by managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and activity reports for the agency.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in ongoing continuing education to ensure compliance and expertise.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and uphold a strong work ethic, with a commitment to success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required for consideration).
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license, if not already held.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
