Duties & Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers about insurance products and coverage options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Demonstrate a consistent work ethic and commitment to personal and agency success every day.
- Provide light appointment setting, retention activities, and support to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed and timely reports of customer and agency activities, supporting transparency and agency operations.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and complete all required continuing education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required for consideration.
- Life and Health insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain as part of ongoing career development.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
